ELITHORP FARM

ELITHORP FARM

Elithorp Farm, run by John, his children Eric and Sara, and their dedicated team, is a family-operated farm in Deer Park, WA with over 40 years of experience in vegetable production—15 of those in Deer Park. What began as John’s dream has grown into a trusted local farm committed to using only organic materials, free from pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers. Farming 20 acres, they focus on producing healthy, fresh, and safe food for their community. You can find their produce at the Spokane Farmers Market every Saturday and Wednesday from 8am–1pm.

FORBES FARM

FORBES FARM

Established in 2020, Forbes Farm is a 10-acre hobby farm created by Craig and Twyla Forbes on land that once grew only wheat. With a focus on soil regeneration and organic practices, they now grow seasonal specialty cut flowers and a variety of fruits—blueberries, apples, and cherries—with flowers already in full swing and fruit expected in 2026. You can find their blooms at farmers markets, local florists, or right at the barn. Beginning in 2025, they’ll also be hobby breeding English Springer Spaniels, sharing the joy of this loyal and friendly breed. Stop by and experience a little farm magic!

LAKEWOLF CREAMERY

LAKEWOLF CREAMERY

Located just north of Deer Park, WA, our family has been milking registered Jersey cows since 1957. In 2013, we began handcrafting specialty cheeses for local families and markets in the Pacific Northwest. As a small dairy, we focus on providing exceptional care for our cows with all-natural compost bedding, ensuring their health and comfort. As third-generation dairy farmers, we pride ourselves on producing rich, high-quality milk from our Jersey cows, which we use to make authentic Mexican queso, Cheddar Curds, and Aged Cheddar—all from Grade A, hormone-free, 100% A2A2 milk.
